Inclusion Policy

National Comp is built for collaboration and the open exchange of ideas across the workers’ compensation community. We welcome respectful dialogue and a professional environment that supports learning, connection, and progress.

Outboarding

Outboarding is the practice of hosting unsanctioned events alongside a conference to capitalize on its audience without approval. National Comp invests significant resources to deliver a high-quality conference and expo, and our exhibitors and sponsors make that possible. Please decline conflicting invitations and report suspected violations to show management.

Sanctioned events will proudly show the ‘National Comp Supporter Badge’. Unsanctioned events held by non-exhibitors undermine the integrity of our conference, devalue the investments of legitimate stakeholders, and create an unfair competitive landscape.
These events exist solely because of National Comp, yet companies that are not listed as exhibitors or sponsors seek to benefit from the platform without contributing. This ‘piggybacking’ diminishes the collective efforts of our industry and detracts from the experience we work hard to provide.

Cancellation Policy

Substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty. Cancellations received in writing 30 days prior to the conference start will receive a refund minus a $250 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. No-shows are not refunded or credited.

The Institutes reserves the right to cancel the conference due to lack of registrations or any other unforeseen circumstances. In case of conference cancelation, The Institutes’ liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee only. The Institutes reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.
