Named for President Theodore Roosevelt, a champion of the nation’s first workers’ compensation legislation, the Theo Award recognizes employers advancing innovation in today’s workplace. Presented by National Comp and Risk & Insurance, the award highlights the solutions, investments, and strategies helping strengthen workers’ compensation programs.
The Theo Award honors organizations taking meaningful steps to support injured workers, prevent injuries, and address some of the most important challenges facing workers’ compensation today.
National Comp and Risk & Insurance congratulate the 2026 Theo Award winners for their excellence in workers’ compensation and injury prevention, as well as their continued commitment to employee safety and wellbeing. We are proud to recognize these organizations for the work they are doing to put people first and improve outcomes.
