Begin the day with a welcoming yoga class designed especially for beginners.

Join us for a gentle practice focused on simple postures, mindful breathing, and easy stretches to help build strength, improve flexibility, and find a sense of calm before a full conference day.

No prior yoga experience is needed, just bring comfortable clothing and an open mind. A mat and towel will be provided. Tuesday’s session will be led by Kristin Green and Wednesday’s by Natalie Torres, both YTT-certified yoga teachers. Log into your registration to add Yoga.
